SITEMESH 3D – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to SiteMesh 3D ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or utilising our 3D camera design tools, you ("Customer", "User", "End User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service & Geometric Models

SiteMesh 3D provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) mapping utilities allowing users to visualise closed-circuit television (CCTV) coverage matrices, calculating structural and field-of-view data arrays across geographic maps.

2. Subscription Billing, Upgrades, and Cancellations

  • Billing Ledgers: Subscription services are billed upfront on a recurring transactional ledger (Monthly or Annual intervals).
  • Upgrade Prorations: Upgrading from a lower tier or changing from a monthly to an annual commitment will instantly compute a prorated calculation invoice based on your remaining unused cycle time.
  • Annual Commitment & Downward Adjustments: By electing an Annual tier, you commit to a full 12-month non-refundable service cycle. Downward adjustments or shifts to monthly tiers will not apply mid-cycle; you may turn off your auto-renewal status to cancel upcoming contract cycles at the natural expiration of the 12-month period.
  • Cascading Auto-Renewal Disables: Turning off auto-renewal on a primary Commercial organisation account automatically triggers a pending expiration state for all individual linked child team member seats. Re-enabling a core account's auto-renewal status does not automatically restore team seats; those must be re-activated manually.

3. Third-Party Mapping Integrations (Google Maps Platform Pass-Through Terms)

SiteMesh 3D incorporates 3D geographic visual models powered by the Google Maps Platform. Your usage of SiteMesh 3D is strictly conditioned upon your adherence to Google's official terms:

  • Binding Additional Terms: By using our Platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (available at https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the general Google Terms of Service.
  • Strict Usage Safeguards: You are explicitly prohibited from, and agree not to allow third parties to:
    • Scrape, mass download, bulk feed, or extract raw map tiles, 3D building geometry outlines, or geographic coordinates from the view canvas.
    • Pre-fetch, permanently cache, index, or store any Google Maps content locally to bypass platform parameters or measurement metrics.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative products duplicating Google Maps Core Services.
    • Use the map display interface for automated vehicle guidance or real-time navigational operations.

4. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

SiteMesh 3D provides high-precision calculations based on input variables, but spatial simulations may vary from physical operational environments. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or accidental losses arising from security camera coverage placement execution.

5. Camera Hardware Database & Manufacturer Specifications

SiteMesh 3D includes a component database containing technical dimensions, sensor footprints, and focal performance metrics for various camera models.

  • Data Source Baseline: All camera specification datasets are compiled directly from manufacturer-published data sheets current at the time of catalog entry.
  • No Verification Liability: We do not independently bench-test or verify hardware tolerances under real-world operational degradation. SiteMesh 3D assumes zero liability for manufacturer document inaccuracies, unannounced engineering modifications, firmware adjustments changing focal geometry, or deviations in factory field-of-view baselines. The Customer assumes full responsibility for physically cross-checking field measurements against physical hardware performance before executing procurement orders.
