SITEMESH 3D – PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how SiteMesh 3D collects, handles, and secures customer information across our mapping infrastructure.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Identifiers including name, email, and organizational profiles to assign workspace team structures.
• Geospatial & Design Metadata: Camera coordinates, height, lens focus arrays, and polygon coordinates drawn within project layouts.
• Payment Credentials: All payments are securely routed and processed via Stripe. SiteMesh 3D does not store raw credit card credentials on our database ledgers.

2. Third-Party Data Disclosures & API Frameworks

Our application communicates directly with external mapping application interfaces to render environmental surroundings:

• Google Maps Platform API usage: Our system uses Google Maps Platform components (specifically <gmp-map-3d>) to synthesize 3D geospatial geometry meshes. When displaying map tiles, your browser directly connects to Google's edge cache network. Google may collect usage metrics, IP addresses, and device identifiers strictly governed under the Google Privacy Policy located at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
• No Coordinate Reselling: SiteMesh 3D does not package, resell, or distribute your custom camera coordinates or physical installation site designs to advertising platforms or secondary data aggregators.

3. Data Security & Cache Retention Protocols

In accordance with structural API guidelines, our platform does not store or log persistent geographical data sets belonging to external mapping providers. All project configuration metadata is stored securely using encrypted server channels.
